Autism & ADHD Evaluations in California

Specializing in Virtual Adult Autism and ADHD Assessments & In-person Testing for Ages 3 and Up

Why us?

  • You are seeking a first or second-opinion diagnosis for your child.

  • Your child was diagnosed and, during the evaluation process, you recognized some traits/behaviors that you share.

  • You've been dismissed by other providers as "you couldn't possibly be autistic" because you make eye contact, have lots of friends, don't have stereotypical interests, etc. You want an evaluator who knows that autism doesn't just present in one way and who specializes in testing for high-masking and/or folks who don't fit the "typical" presentation of autism.

  • You want someone who will actually listen to you and your experience of your life - NOT someone who will just compare you to a list of diagnostic criteria.

  • Everywhere you call has long waitlists. You don't want to wait for answers. You are ready to get evaluated now.

Licensed Testing Psychologist #PSY26000

Dr. Nina Petit de Mange

Many people (especially women and girls) are missed in diagnosis because they don't look like the "typical" autistic person. This can lead to a lifetime of invalidation, frustration, loneliness, guilt, and burnout. Confusion about who you are, why you feel the way you do, and why some things just seem "easier" for everyone else.Getting diagnosed can be incredibly validating. Learning about yourself, embracing all of who you are, giving yourself grace, giving yourself permission to drop the mask. Diagnosis can help you develop better ways to care for yourself. It can give you the answers you've been looking for.I specialize in Autism & ADHD evaluations that are neurodivergent-affirming and person-centered. I do this by using standardized tools for testing, in combination with in-depth interviews (and observations for children). I'm here to listen first, and diagnose only after I understand.Outside of my clinical practice, I enjoy goofing around with my beautiful boys; taking walks by myself; reading mysteries; and creating my own versions of popular recipes.Education and Experience:
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology - 2012
Teaching Assistant for Graduate Testing Courses - 2008-2011
